Errors during logging in

Message: Unable to log in

Possible causes

  • Your account has been suspended
    Contact your account manager if you believe this is in error.
  • The email domain does not exist on Leap
    Double check the email address you're using to log in and make sure it's correct.
  • An unknown error happened during the login process
    Please contact our support team via leap@aip.media for assistance.

Message: Invalid one-time passcode. Please check the one-time passcode you're using is the one in the most recent email.

Possible causes

  • Incorrect one-time passcode
    Please check the one-time passcode you're using is the one in the most recent email.
  • The one-time passcode has expired
    Passcodes last for 30 minutes, if that time has past, please request a new one with the link in the form.

Message: 404 Page Not Found - Something is missing.

If you are logging in via a link to a specific item in Leap, then you may receive a 404 error page if the item the link belonged to has been deleted and no longer exists.

To resolve this, simple navigate to the Leap homepage leap.aip.media and try again.

Message: 500 Internal Server Error - Something went wrong.

Something has happened with the Leap server. Email leap@aip.media with details of the error and we'll do our best to resolve it.
