Google Analytics (GA4)
To grant us access to your GA4 account, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Sign In to GA4
- Open your web browser and go to the Google Analytics website.
- Sign in using an Google user account associated with your Google Analytics account. Your user will need admin access to your GA properties.
Step 2: Select Your Account
- In the Google Analytics interface, select the account you wish to grant access to.
Step 3: Navigate to Admin Settings
- Click on the Admin gear icon at the bottom left corner of the page.
Step 4: Account User Management
- In the Account column (far left), click on Account User Management.
Step 5: Add New User
- Click on the blue + icon in the top right, then select Add users.
Step 6: Enter the aip Email
- Enter the email address
analytics02@aip.media. - Ensure the email address is entered correctly to avoid unauthorized access.
Step 7: Assign Permissions
- Select the appropriate permissions. Typically, you might grant 'Editor', 'Collaborate', 'Read & Analyze' permissions. We recommend assigning the 'Editor' role as this will allow our team to configure tracking without needing full ownership of the account.
Step 8: Notify Us
- Click Add in the top right corner to grant access.
- Complete the onboarding form or notify us once you have granted access to your GA4 account.
Remember, you can revoke or change these permissions at any time through the same menu.
