Hotjar

To provide us with access to your Hotjar account, please follow these steps:

1. Login to Your Hotjar Account

   • Access your Hotjar account by signing in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to Settings

   • Once logged in, click on your avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard.
   • Select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

3. Access Team Management

   • In the settings menu, find and select the 'Team' tab. This is where you can manage user access.

4. Invite New Team Member

   • Click on the ‘Invite Team Member’ button.
   • Enter our email address analytics@aip.media in the provided field.

5. Set Permission Level

   • Choose the appropriate role for the agency:
     • View Only: Can view reports and recordings but cannot edit settings.
     • Read & Write: Can view and edit settings, but cannot add or remove team members.

6. Send Invitation

   • After selecting the role, click ‘Send Invite’. An email invitation will be sent to us to join your Hotjar team.
